Mixed-Precision and Energy-Efficient Computations

As supercomputers get bigger, they become both more capable of solving complex problems and consuming enormous amounts of energy. To ensure their sustainability, we must start focusing on reducing energy-to-solution at least as much as we focus on reducing time-to-solution. One of the ways CEEC is working on this is using mixed precision.
